“Lisa is one of the best yoga teachers I have met in the 27 years of my practice. She has a calm, focused but relaxed style of teaching that is well grounded in the tradition and, at the same time, responsive to each student’s abilities. She has helped me deepen my own practice enormously.”

"Yoga has helped me improve my running time and endurance. I went from barely running for 20 minutes to running over 70 minutes. I'm now working on building up to a 10K race, which makes me very happy."

"In the 2 years that I've been a student, my balance and strength have improved. Lisa makes classes fun and interesting. She always encourages us to do what we can without pushing past our individual limits. Classes are small so Lisa and help each student with any questions during or after class. I definitely recommend Lisa and the Yoga Path."

"I really enjoy taking yoga from Lisa. She is a well educated yoga teacher. She offers alternatives for all poses, so that you can experience the pose and work at your own level. I do a short practice at home, but it takes a class to make me really work, to try new poses, to work a little harder. Lisa has done a good job at transitioning to the Zoom format. I highly recommend."
