Grief Yoga for the Holidays

The holidays bring new depth to our losses. We can show ourselves grace and compassion as we prepare for the upcoming season. Using movement, breath, and sound, we can manage our emotions while celebrating with the ones we love.

Maintain your independence as you age by focusing on poses for strength, flexibility, balance, and agility. Students have the option to use a chair for support and stability. This class is a great option for students new to yoga.

Pilates Human Reformer

Restore balance and improve posture/ body alignment with a conditioning routine that helps to build flexibility, strength, and coordination. Different props are used to substitute for the reformer. This is a strong practice.

Get stronger with light weights and gentle yoga poses to tone and lengthen our muscles, strengthen our core, and improve our balance. Adding weights will increase our muscle's ability to protect, stabilize, and support bones and joints.  For all fitness levels.
