Begin your yoga journey by learning the basic standing, seated, prone, and supine poses as well as how to adapt them to fit your body. For all fitness levels.

Class will be cancelled if only one student is registered at 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Refunds are only made back to your account - no credit card refunds.
