Healthy Aging

Maintain your independence as you age by focusing on poses for strength, flexibility, balance, and agility. Students have the option to use a chair for support and stability. This class is a great option for students new to yoga.

Class will be cancelled if only one student is registered at 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Refunds are only made back to your account - no credit card refunds.
