Virtual - Chair Yoga

Improve your strength, flexibility, and balance using seated and standing poses. This class doesn't require students to get down to and up from the floor. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

Students may attend this session in person. Please register for the separate Chair class to practice in the studio.

Class will be cancelled if only one student is registered at 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Refunds are only made back to your account - no credit card refunds.
