Virtual - Mindful Movement

Ready for more a more advanced practice without challenging poses like headstand and shoulderstand? This class is intended for students with yoga experience who want a mindful session beyond beginners. For all fitness levels.

Students may attend this session in person. Please register for the separate Mindful Movement class to practice in the studio.

Class will be cancelled if only one student is registered at 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Refunds are only made back to your account - no credit card refunds.
