Yoga Sculpt

Get strong, feel steady, and stand a little taller. We combine light weights and resistance bands with yoga poses to tone and lengthen muscles, fire up the core, and sharpen your balance — and those weights do more than you might think, helping your muscles better protect and support your bones and joints over time. All fitness levels welcome, and no experience with weights required. Just come ready to feel good and get a little stronger every week.

Class may be cancelled if only one student is registered at 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Refunds are only made back to your account - no credit card refunds.
