In this energetic yet unhurried class, we link poses together in smooth, flowing sequences — so it feels less like a workout and more like moving meditation. A little yoga experience is helpful, but if you know the basics you'll be just fine. Come ready to find your rhythm and see where it takes you.

Class will be cancelled if only one student is registered at 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Refunds are only made back to your account - no credit card refunds.
