
Get stronger with light weights and gentle yoga poses to tone and lengthen our muscles, strengthen our core, and improve our balance. Adding weights will increase our muscle's ability to protect, stabilize, and support bones and joints.  For all fitness levels.
Students may attend this session in person. Please register for the separate class to practice in the studio.
Class will be cancelled if only one student is registered at 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Refunds are only made back to your account - no credit card refunds.
