
Something new to explore every week. We move through the whole body — targeting different areas and systems as we go, so no two classes feel quite the same. Expect strong, intentional movement woven together with meditation and breath work. If you've been practicing for a while and are ready to go deeper, this one's for you.

Students may attend this session in person. Please register for the separate Around the Body class to practice in the studio.
