Feel strong, steady, and capable — at any age. This class focuses on the good stuff: building strength, staying flexible, finding your balance, and keeping your body moving the way you want it to. A chair is always available if you need a little extra support, and if you're new to yoga, you'll feel right at home here. Come for the stretching, stay for how good you feel walking out the door.

Students may attend this session in person. Please register for the separate Healthy Aging class to practice in the studio.
