Feel strong, steady, and capable — at any age. This class focuses on the good stuff: building strength, staying flexible, finding your balance, and keeping your body moving the way you want it to. A chair is always available if you need a little extra support, and if you're new to yoga, you'll feel right at home here. Come for the stretching, stay for how good you feel walking out the door.

Class will be cancelled if only one student is registered at 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Refunds are only made back to your account - no credit card refunds.
